Coding Specialist

4. Monitor coding trends and communicate any changes to manager and team members.
5. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure accuracy of coding.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of coding processes and procedures.
7. Research and resolve coding issues.
8. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
9. Remain up-to-date on coding changes and industry standards.
10. Produce coding reports and other documentation as needed.
