Job Description

At Northwestern Medicine, we are proud to be recruiting for an experienced Clinical Nurse in our Radiation Oncology department. We are seeking an individual with a passion for patient care and a commitment to delivering the highest quality of care to our patients.The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Registered Nurse and a current State of Illinois nursing license. They will have exceptional communication and organizational skills and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. They will also have a strong understanding of radiation oncology principles and prior experience working in a radiation oncology setting.This position requires a compassionate, patient-focused individual who can work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities: -Provide compassionate, patient-focused care -Deliver high quality care to patients -Maintain current State of Illinois nursing license -Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills -Have strong understanding of radiation oncology principles -Prior experience working in a radiation oncology setting -Work independently and as part of a team -Provide excellent customer service -Actively participate in quality improvement projects and initiatives
