Clinical Nurse Inpatient Psychiatric

In this position, you will be responsible for providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients in an inpatient setting. You will use your excellent clinical skills and knowledge to provide holistic patient care, ensure a safe environment, and promote a positive patient experience.To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of two years of experience in a psychiatric setting. Additional qualifications include strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
2. Use excellent clinical skills and knowledge to provide holistic patient care.
3. Ensure a safe environment and promote a positive patient experience.
4. Maintain a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license and abide by all professional regulations.
5. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Utilize previous experience in a hospital setting (preferred).
8. Monitor patients for any changes in their condition and report to the appropriate medical staff.
9. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
10. Administer medications and treatments according to physicians’ orders.
