Job Description

We are looking for a talented and passionate Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Northwestern Medicine. In this role, you will be responsible for providing nutrition care and education to patients, families, and staff. You must have a strong commitment to delivering quality patient care and advocating for the highest standards in nutrition.This position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics or a related field, as well as eligibility for registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing quality nutrition care. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide nutrition care and education to patients, families, and staff.
  2. Advocate for the highest standards in nutrition.
  3. Ensure patients receive quality patient care.
  4. Develop and implement nutrition care plans.
  5. Monitor patient progress and update nutrition care plans.
  6. Educate patients and families about nutrition and health.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate nutrition care.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  9. Ensure compliance with state and national regulations and standards for nutrition care.
  10. Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
