Job Description

At Northwestern Medicine, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Clinical Coordinator to join our General Medicine team. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for delivering superior patient care and for upholding the highest standards of quality in the clinical setting. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all clinical operations in the General Medicine practice. This includes managing patient flow, working with providers to ensure quality care, and providing staff support and training. The Clinical Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures and collaborating with physician office staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of five years of experience in a clinical setting, and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field is preferred. The successful candidate will also have strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Additionally, the Clinical Coordinator must have a commitment to providing high-quality patient care, as well as a dedication to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all clinical operations in the General Medicine practice.
