Workforce Safety Educator

11. Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and make recommendations for improvement.
12. Serve as a resource for employees to answer questions and address concerns related to workplace safety.
13. Assist in the development and implementation of emergency preparedness plans and procedures.
14. Proactively identify and address any safety issues or concerns within the organization.
15. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure consistency in safety protocols and procedures across the organization.
16. Maintain accurate records and reports related to safety training and incidents.
17. Participate in safety committees and meetings to provide updates and recommendations.
18. Continuously strive to improve safety training programs and processes to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
19. Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to workplace safety.
20. Represent the organization at conferences and events related to workplace safety.
