  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Implement and maintain policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  5. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and quality of service.

  8. Act as a liaison between management and staff, communicating any updates or changes in policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners.
  10. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality assurance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  11. Develop and manage budgets and expenses, ensuring that financial targets are met.
  12. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  13. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading A Team, With Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Operations Management Principles And Best Practices, With A Focus On Efficiency And Quality Improvement.

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards, With The Ability To Ensure Adherence Within The Team.
