- Conduct Market Analysis: The Strategy Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth in the healthcare industry.
- Develop Strategic Plans: Using the insights gained from market analysis, the Strategy Analyst will work with the team to develop strategic plans that align with Northwell Health's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: The Strategy Analyst will proactively identify potential growth opportunities for Northwell Health, such as new service lines, partnerships, or acquisitions.
- Perform Financial Analysis: The Strategy Analyst will be responsible for conducting financial analysis to evaluate the potential profitability and impact of proposed strategic initiatives.
- Monitor Industry Trends: The Strategy Analyst will stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to inform strategic decision-making.

Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Economics Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, Or Consulting Role.
Proficient In Data Analysis And Modeling, With Advanced Knowledge Of Excel And Other Analytical Tools.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Concepts To Various Stakeholders.
