- Conduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of employee benefit programs to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Serve as subject matter expert and provide guidance to HR team and employees on benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
- Collaborate with external vendors and brokers to negotiate and administer benefit plans, ensuring competitive pricing and high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, answering inquiries and resolving issues related to employee benefits.
- Stay current with industry trends and regulations, providing recommendations for improvements and changes to benefit plans.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of benefit plans to identify areas for cost savings and process efficiencies.
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefit records and reporting.
- Assist with the design and implementation of new benefit programs, including communication and training for employees.
- Monitor and analyze benefit data to identify trends and patterns, making data-driven recommendations for program changes and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient administration of benefit programs.
- Participate in the development and delivery of employee education and communication initiatives related to benefit programs.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices to support their professional development.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Analysis, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Proficiency In Benefits Administration Software And Systems, Including Experience With Sap Or Other Hris Platforms.
Knowledge Of Federal And State Laws And Regulations Related To Benefits, Including Erisa, Aca, And Fmla.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data And Make Recommendations For Benefits Program Improvements.
