  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
  • Monitor and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for further improvement
  • Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement processes and tools
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
  • Serve as a resource for staff and management on quality improvement best practices
  • Facilitate and participate in quality improvement committees and meetings
  • Communicate and disseminate quality improvement initiatives and outcomes to relevant stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to quality management and performance improvement
  • Proactively identify and address potential quality issues and risks
  • Serve as a liaison between Northwell Health and external quality organizations, ensuring compliance with standards and requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Management And Performance Improvement In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma Or Pdsa.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Collection, Analysis, And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multidisciplinary Teams And Provide Education And Training On Quality Improvement Initiatives.
