- Collaborate with various teams and departments to implement quality improvement initiatives and processes.
- Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to educate staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality of care.
- Conduct investigations and root cause analyses for quality incidents to determine corrective actions.
- Communicate and collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Healthcare
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Quality Assurance Or A Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Methodologies
Familiarity With Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Fda Guidelines
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
