Job Description

  1. Conduct regular quality assurance checks and audits of healthcare services and facilities to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  2. Identify and report any quality issues or concerns to the appropriate department for resolution.
  3. Collaborate with various teams and departments to implement quality improvement initiatives and processes.
  4. Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to educate staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality of care.
  7. Conduct investigations and root cause analyses for quality incidents to determine corrective actions.
  8. Communicate and collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  9. Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure continuous compliance and improvement.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and satisfaction in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Engineering, Or Healthcare

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Quality Assurance Or A Related Field

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Control Processes And Methodologies

  • Familiarity With Healthcare Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As Hipaa And Fda Guidelines

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team.
