- Develop and implement strategic plans for the integration and utilization of Salesforce Health Cloud within Northwell Health's IT&S department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and requirements related to Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce Health Cloud architecture, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in Salesforce Health Cloud and make recommendations for adoption and implementation.
- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support in their use of Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of Salesforce Health Cloud processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
