- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications to patients accurately and efficiently.
- Learn and understand the laws and regulations surrounding pharmacy operations.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering medications and supplies.
- Participate in medication therapy management and patient counseling under the supervision of a pharmacist.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Attend trainings and educational sessions to expand knowledge and skills.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills when interacting with patients and their families.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the pharmacy department.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacists and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Pharmacy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Enrolled In Or Completed A Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Program.
Eligibility For New York State Pharmacy Intern License.
Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Terminology And Drug Interactions.
