High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Patient Care Associate At Northwell Health Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Knowledge To Perform The Duties Of The Job.
Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification: Northwell Health Prefers Candidates Who Have Completed A Cna Training Program And Hold A Valid Certification. This Demonstrates The Candidate's Knowledge And Skills In Providing Direct Patient Care.
