Doctoral Degree In Nursing Or Related Field, Preferably With A Focus On Research And Evidence-Based Practice.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Conducting And Publishing Nursing Research Studies.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Quantitative And Qualitative Research Methods.
Demonstrated Expertise In Statistical Analysis And Data Interpretation.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Research Findings To Diverse Audiences.
