  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine practice.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
  3. Utilize clinical expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and promote evidence-based practices.
  4. Monitor and assess staff performance, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement as needed.
  5. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  6. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for staff and patients, following all regulatory and safety standards.
  7. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
  8. Manage the budget and resources of the practice, including staffing, equipment, and supplies.
  9. Serve as a liaison between the practice and other departments within the healthcare organization.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  12. Act as a role model for staff, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and compassion towards patients and colleagues.
  13. Handle any patient or staff complaints or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  14. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to improve the overall functioning of the practice.
  15. Continuously evaluate and strive for improvement in all aspects of the practice, including patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor Of Science In Nursing (Bsn) Degree From An Accredited Institution

  • Active And Unrestricted Rn License In The State Of New York

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In Pulmonary And Sleep Medicine

  • Previous Management Or Leadership Experience In A Healthcare Setting

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations, Policies, And Procedures Related To Pulmonary And Sleep Medicine
