  1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with neurological disorders, both pediatric and adult.
  2. Collaborate with neurosurgeons and other medical professionals to develop treatment plans for patients.
  3. Perform medical procedures and treatments under the supervision of a licensed physician.
  4. Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their condition and treatment options.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
  7. Utilize evidence-based practice to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients.
  8. Stay current with developments in the field of Neurosurgery and participate in continuing education opportunities.
  9. Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.
  10. Serve as a patient advocate and ensure that all patients receive the best possible care.
  11. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and treatment plans.
  12. Communicate effectively and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for patients.
  13. Provide support and guidance to nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
  14. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  16. Foster a positive and professional work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Physician Assistant Studies From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current Certification As A Physician Assistant By The National Commission On Certification Of Physician Assistants (Nccpa).

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Neurosurgery, Preferably In Both Pediatric And Adult Settings.

  • Strong Understanding Of Pediatric And Adult Neurosurgical Conditions, Treatments, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Physicians, Patients, And Families.
