  1. Provide high-quality patient care: The LPN will be responsible for providing compassionate and skilled care to patients in the outpatient orthopedic setting.
  2. Collaborate with the healthcare team: The LPN will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
  3. Administer medications and treatments: The LPN will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician and documenting them accurately.
  4. Monitor patient progress: The LPN will monitor and assess patients' progress and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
  5. Educate patients and families: The LPN will educate patients and their families on orthopedic conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  6. Assist with procedures: The LPN will assist physicians with procedures and provide support to patients during and after the procedures.
  7. Maintain patient records: The LPN will accurately document patient information, including vital signs, medications, and treatments, in electronic medical records.
  8. Adhere to safety and infection control protocols: The LPN will follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors.
  9. Communicate effectively: The LPN will communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  10. Stay updated on best practices: The LPN will stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in orthopedic care to provide the best possible care to patients.
  11. Uphold professional standards: The LPN will uphold professional standards of conduct, including maintaining confidentiality and respecting patients' rights.
  12. Attend training and meetings: The LPN will attend training sessions and team meetings to enhance knowledge and skills and contribute to the team's success.
  13. Provide emotional support: The LPN will provide emotional support to patients and their families during their orthopedic journey.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License In The State Of New York

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Outpatient Orthopedic Setting

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Working With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals
