Lab Technologist

Our Lab Technologist will be responsible for providing accurate, timely, and efficient laboratory services to our patients.The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field, as well as at least two years of experience working as a Medical Technologist in a clinical laboratory setting. Additionally, the successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.The successful candidate should be highly motivated and organized, with a strong commitment to quality and patient safety. They should have a customer-centric approach to their work and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Responsibilities:

1. Perform laboratory tests and examinations to diagnose and treat patient conditions
2. Collect and analyze blood, tissue, and other specimens using laboratory equipment and techniques
3. Maintain accurate documentation of laboratory results and patient data
4. Communicate effectively with other healthcare personnel to ensure accurate and timely test results
5. Ensure compliance with laboratory policies and procedures
6. Maintain a clean and safe working environment
7. Assist in training and mentoring new laboratory personnel
8. Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and reorder as needed
9. Participate in laboratory quality assurance activities
10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times
