  1. Maintain and troubleshoot the organization's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking systems.
  2. Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by employees, ensuring minimal disruption to their work.
  3. Install, configure, and update software and hardware components as needed.
  4. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address any potential issues.
  5. Collaborate with other members of the IT team to develop and implement new technology solutions.
  6. Train and support employees on the use of various technology systems and tools.
  7. Document and maintain accurate records of all technical support activities.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in order to make recommendations for improving the organization's systems.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

  11. Work closely with vendors and third-party providers to resolve complex technical issues.
  12. Assist with the procurement and inventory management of technology equipment and supplies.
  13. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices for IT support.
  14. Act as a positive and collaborative member of the IT team, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge Of It Infrastructure, Including Hardware, Software, And Networking Systems.

  • Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Think Critically And Adapt To Changing Situations.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Work With Individuals Of Varying Levels Of Technical Knowledge.
