9. Evaluate the effectiveness of health education programs and make recommendations for improvements.
10. Serve as a resource for patients and community members by providing information and referrals to relevant healthcare services.
11. Maintain accurate and organized records of health education activities and outcomes.
12. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards related to health education and patient confidentiality.
