- Register new patients and update existing patient information in the electronic medical records system.
- Collect and process co-payments and verify insurance coverage.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients and visitors regarding clinic policies, procedures, and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective communication and flow of information.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and faxing.
- Handle patient inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
