  1. Oversee and manage the financial operations of Northwell Health, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the organization's financial performance and achieve financial goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze financial data, preparing reports and making recommendations to senior management for decision making.
  4. Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to develop and manage budgets, ensuring that financial resources are allocated appropriately.
  5. Identify and implement cost-saving measures to maximize resources and improve the organization's financial sustainability.
  6. Manage day-to-day operations of multiple departments, including but not limited to finance, accounting, and operations.
  7. Utilize data and analytics to identify areas for improvement in operational processes and procedures, and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory agencies.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in finance and operations management and incorporate them into the organization's practices.
  10. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to finance and operations.
  12. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall goals and mission of Northwell Health.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to drive organizational growth and success.
  14. Serve as a representative of Northwell Health and maintain a professional and positive image at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Finance And/Or Operations Management.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Reporting, Budgeting, And Forecasting.

  • Experience With Healthcare Finance And Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance.
