Job Description

  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive facilities management plan to ensure the safety and comfort of patients, staff, and visitors.
  2. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
  3. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any potential safety hazards or maintenance issues.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and schedule maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  5. Manage the budget for facilities maintenance and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
  6. Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors for services and supplies.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all facilities maintenance activities, including work orders and expenses.
  8. Respond promptly to any emergency maintenance or repair needs.
  9. Train and supervise facilities staff to ensure high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
  10. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of facilities operations.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline facilities management processes.
  12. Serve as a point of contact for all facilities-related inquiries and issues, providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to facilities management.
  14. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute facility-related projects, such as renovations or expansions.
  15. Participate in meetings and committees related to facilities management to provide input and recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management Or Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Osha Standards.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Coordinate With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Computer Systems And Software, Such As Cmms And Microsoft Office.
