  1. Collaborate with members of the executive team to support and assist in the daily operations of Northwell Health.
  2. Participate in meetings, conferences, and other events to gain exposure to the healthcare industry and understand the organization's goals and objectives.
  3. Conduct research and analysis on the latest trends and advancements in the healthcare industry to contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
  4. Shadow and assist executives in their day-to-day tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience and insight into their roles and responsibilities.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with various departments and teams within the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare system.
  6. Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare operations.
  7. Attend training and educational programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to the healthcare industry.
  8. Support the executive team in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings and events.
  9. Collaborate with other interns and employees to complete assigned tasks and projects.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all tasks and interactions.
  11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
  13. Attend and participate in performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  14. Represent Northwell Health in a positive and professional manner at all times.
  15. Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the executive team.

Job Qualifications
  • Completed Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Or Business Administration.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With A Diverse Group Of Professionals.

  • Leadership Potential, With Previous Experience In A Leadership Role Or Participation In Extracurricular Activities.
