
Enterprise Communications Assistant
At Northwell Health, we are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Enterprise Communications Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaborating with teammates to execute projects and initiatives to promote Northwell Health’s communication strategy. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, or public relations. Additionally, they must have excellent writing and communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to develop and execute projects and initiatives to promote Northwell Health's communication strategy.
- Research and develop media relations plans and strategies.
- Write press releases, press kits, and other communications materials for Northwell Health.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate communications department.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts and other industry partners.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage of Northwell Health.
- Create and manage editorial calendars.
- Track and report on the success of corporate communications initiatives.
- Assist with the development and implementation of social media campaigns.
- Stay current with emerging trends in media relations, public relations, and communications.
