  4. Administer first aid: Administer first aid and other appropriate medical interventions to stabilize patients before and during transportation.
  5. Communicate with team members: Communicate effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
  6. Maintain equipment: Ensure all medical equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
  7. Follow protocols and guidelines: Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for emergency medical care and transportation.
  8. Document patient information: Accurately document patient information, treatment provided, and transport details.
  9. Provide emotional support: Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families during medical emergencies.
  10. Stay updated on industry changes: Keep up to date with advancements and changes in the healthcare industry to provide the best possible care to patients.
  11. Collaborate with other emergency services: Work closely with other emergency services, such as firefighters and police, to provide coordinated care to patients.
  12. Maintain confidentiality: Respect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  13. Ensure safety: Ensure the safety of patients, yourself, and others at all times during emergency situations.
  14. Participate in training and education: Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and stay updated on the latest medical protocols and techniques.
  15. Adhere to ethical standards: Conduct all duties in accordance with ethical standards and professional codes of conduct.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Emt Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Certification As An Emt From An Accredited Institution.

  • State Licensure: Applicants Must Have A Current And Valid State License To Practice As An Emt.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Candidates Must Have A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Prior Experience: Previous Experience Working As An Emt In A Hospital Or Emergency Care Setting Is Preferred.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals In High-Stress Situations Is Essential For This Role.
