  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Northwell Health facilities and departments.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with senior leadership to set goals and objectives for the organization.
  5. Manage and lead a team of department managers and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  6. Identify and address any issues or challenges in operations, and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  7. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  9. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the patient experience.
  10. Monitor and manage financial resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  11. Conduct regular audits and evaluations to maintain quality standards.
  12. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and integration.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and implement them as appropriate.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work culture among team members.
  15. Represent Northwell Health at conferences, meetings, and other events as required.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or Operations Management.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Healthcare Organization, Preferably In A Hospital Or Large Healthcare System.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Healthcare Operations, Including Revenue Cycle Management, Budgeting And Financial Management, And Quality Improvement Processes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Complex Projects And Initiatives Within A Healthcare Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With A Diverse Group Of Stakeholders, Including Physicians, Staff, And Executives.
