  1. Register and admit patients for diagnostic imaging services in an accurate and timely manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families by welcoming them and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Utilize strong communication skills to gather and record patient information, including personal and insurance information.
  4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a smooth admission process for patients.
  5. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when inputting patient information into registration and billing systems.
  6. Adhere to all HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines to ensure patient confidentiality.
  7. Utilize organizational skills to manage a high volume of patient registrations and admissions.
  8. Collaborate with the billing department to ensure accurate and timely processing of patient insurance information.
  9. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  10. Stay up-to-date on all Northwell Health policies and procedures related to patient registration and admissions.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge related to the role.
  12. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment by communicating effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals.
  13. Display a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing Northwell Health in a positive light.
  14. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Job Qualifications
