Coding Auditor

3. Identify coding errors and provide feedback to coding staff.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding standards, guidelines, and regulations.
5. Develop, document, and implement coding processes and procedures.
6. Provide coding training and education to staff.
7. Monitor and measure coding performance and accuracy.
8. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure compliance with coding standards.
9. Participate in coding related projects and initiatives.
10. Communicate coding issues and recommendations to leadership.
