  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of clinical research programs within Northwell Health.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to advance research efforts and achieve organizational goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective execution of research projects.
  4. Oversee the recruitment of patients and coordination of research studies in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  5. Ensure compliance with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standards related to clinical research.
  6. Monitor and track program budgets, expenses, and funding sources.
  7. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to research staff and study teams.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies and research institutions.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize research operations and outcomes.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
  11. Prepare and present reports on program performance, progress, and outcomes to upper management.
  12. Represent Northwell Health at conferences, events, and meetings related to clinical research.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the clinical research program.
  14. Ensure timely completion of research projects and adherence to project timelines.
  15. Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation related to research activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Clinical Research Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Research Regulations, Protocols, And Standards, Including Fda And Ich Guidelines.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Oversee Multiple Clinical Research Studies Simultaneously.

  • Prior Experience Managing And Leading A Team Of Research Coordinators And Other Staff, With A Track Record Of Successful Project Completion And Team Collaboration.
