  1. Accurately and efficiently accession patient samples in a timely manner.
  2. Follow all laboratory procedures and protocols to maintain the integrity of patient samples.
  3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free accessioning.
  4. Communicate effectively with laboratory staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper sample handling and processing.
  5. Adhere to all safety and infection control measures to maintain a safe working environment.
  6. Utilize laboratory information systems to accurately record and track sample information.
  7. Monitor and report any discrepancies or issues with samples to the appropriate personnel.
  8. Assist in the organization and maintenance of laboratory supplies and equipment.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
  10. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient and effective laboratory operations.
  11. Keep up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in laboratory accessioning.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by laboratory management.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  14. Follow all quality control and quality assurance procedures to ensure accurate results.
  15. Support a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Medical Technology, Biology, Or Chemistry.

  • Proficiency In Laboratory Procedures, Terminology, And Equipment.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Record And Maintain Data.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively As Part Of A Team.
