
Clinical Engineering Technician - Dialysis

- Ensure that all equipment is in proper working condition and meets safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and inventory.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure that dialysis equipment is meeting the needs of patients.
- Train and educate staff on proper use and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in dialysis technology and make recommendations for equipment upgrades when necessary.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while performing duties.

A Bachelor's Degree In Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Field, Or An Associate's Degree With Certification In Clinical Engineering Technology.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Clinical Engineering Technician In A Dialysis Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Equipment Used In Dialysis Treatment, Including Hemodialysis And Peritoneal Dialysis Machines.
Familiarity With Relevant Regulations And Accreditation Standards Such As Fda, Cms, And Joint Commission.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team.
