  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and healthcare to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  8. Utilize various tools and software to collect, organize, and analyze data.
  9. Identify and troubleshoot any issues with data collection, reporting, or analysis.
  10. Work closely with the IT team to ensure data systems are optimized for accurate and efficient data collection and analysis.
  11. Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive healthcare data.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to gather and integrate data from various sources.
  13. Support the development and implementation of new data-driven initiatives to improve healthcare outcomes.
  14. Train and educate colleagues and stakeholders on data analysis techniques and tools.
  15. Take ownership of data projects and ensure timely and accurate completion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working With Healthcare Data, Preferably In A Clinical Setting.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis Software Such As Sql, Sas, And/Or Python.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry Standards And Regulations, Including Hipaa And Hitech.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Data Findings To Various Stakeholders.
