High School Diploma Or Equivalent: Candidates For The Certified Nursing Assistant Position At Northwell Health Must Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Certified Nursing Assistant Certification: Applicants Must Possess A Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (Cna) Certification From An Accredited Program.
Prior Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Nursing Home, Is Preferred For This Position.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Crucial For A Certified Nursing Assistant At Northwell Health.
Physical Fitness And Stamina: The Job Of A Certified Nursing Assistant Can Be Physically Demanding, Requiring The Ability To Lift And Move Patients, Stand For Long Periods, And Perform Other Physically Strenuous Tasks. Candidates Must Be In Good Physical Condition To Meet The Demands Of The Job.
