Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality care to patients in accordance with Northwell Health standards.
2. Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide the best possible service.
3. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.
4. Maintain a strong work ethic.
5. Follow all safety regulations and protocols.
6. Attend all required training sessions for the CNA Training Program.
7. Assist in the preparation and delivery of patient care plans.
8. Assist with patient transfers and support patient mobility.
9. Complete documentation and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
10. Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.
