
Associate Project Manager-Surgery

- Manage and oversee projects related to surgical services, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, including identifying project goals, timelines, and resources.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovative solutions within surgical services.
- Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clinical staff.
- Monitor project performance and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements as needed.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and budgets.
- Coordinate and lead project meetings, including setting agendas, facilitating discussions, and documenting action items.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures related to project management and surgical services.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among project team members.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to surgical services and project management.
- Mentor and train junior project management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives and process improvements within surgical services.
- Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures, Equipment, And Supplies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Surgeons, Staff, And Other Stakeholders.
Project Management Certification, Such As Pmp, Preferred.
