  1. Manage and oversee projects related to surgical services, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, including identifying project goals, timelines, and resources.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and innovative solutions within surgical services.
  4. Communicate project updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clinical staff.
  5. Monitor project performance and make recommendations for adjustments or improvements as needed.
  6. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and budgets.
  7. Coordinate and lead project meetings, including setting agendas, facilitating discussions, and documenting action items.
  8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures related to project management and surgical services.
  9. Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
  10. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication among project team members.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to surgical services and project management.
  12. Mentor and train junior project management staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of new initiatives and process improvements within surgical services.
  14. Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures, Equipment, And Supplies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Surgeons, Staff, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Project Management Certification, Such As Pmp, Preferred.
