- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' technology needs.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain a strong understanding of IT systems and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of It Systems And Applications, Including Windows And Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, And Basic Networking Principles.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues For End Users.
Familiarity With Itil Framework And Experience With Incident Management, Problem Management, And Change Management Processes.
