  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients' technology needs.
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring all inquiries are addressed and resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with team members and other departments to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  4. Maintain a strong understanding of IT systems and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.
  5. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
  6. Document and track all client interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  7. Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical issues and provide effective solutions.

  9. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions and improve service delivery.
  10. Take ownership of projects and tasks assigned, ensuring they are completed within established timelines.
  11. Provide training and support to clients on new and existing technologies.
  12. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients.
  13. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality protocols.
  15. Support the overall mission and goals of the organization, contributing to improved health and well-being in the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of It Systems And Applications, Including Windows And Mac Operating Systems, Microsoft Office, And Basic Networking Principles.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues For End Users.

  • Familiarity With Itil Framework And Experience With Incident Management, Problem Management, And Change Management Processes.
