  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement.
  2. Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance management, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
  4. Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate potential legal risks.
  5. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to address employee relations issues and develop solutions.
  6. Conduct training and workshops to educate employees and managers on employee relations best practices and strategies.
  7. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and document all employee relations activities.
  8. Create and maintain relationships with employees to foster a positive and trusting work environment.
  9. Develop and implement programs and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve employee relations processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Represent the organization in unemployment hearings, mediation sessions, and other legal proceedings related to employee relations.
  12. Communicate and reinforce company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness in employee relations matters.
  13. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as talent acquisition and compensation, to support overall HR goals and initiatives.
  14. Serve as a role model for promoting a positive workplace culture and fostering strong employee relationships.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee relations issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Labor Relations, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Labor Laws, Including Fmla, Ada, And Eeo.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.

  • Experience Conducting Investigations And Resolving Complex Employee Relations Issues.
