  1. Develop and implement educational programs to support the growth and development of clinical professionals within Northwell Health.
  2. Collaborate with a team of educators to design and evaluate educational programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Utilize expertise and skills in clinical education to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals.
  4. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among clinical staff.
  5. Conduct needs assessments to identify educational needs and develop targeted training programs.
  6. Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to engage and educate clinical professionals.
  7. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
  8. Serve as a mentor and resource for clinical staff, providing guidance and support for their ongoing development.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in clinical education to continuously improve programs and offerings.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of clinical education initiatives.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and organizations to enhance access to educational resources and opportunities.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of educational programs and participant progress.
  13. Comply with all regulatory and organizational requirements related to clinical education and training.
  14. Act as an ambassador for Northwell Health by promoting the organization's mission, vision, and values in all interactions.
  15. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in clinical education.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field

  • Current Rn License In The State Of New York

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Communication And Teaching Skills, With Experience In Developing And Implementing Educational Programs For Healthcare Professionals
