You will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive work environment for the patient care staff.The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a clinical setting, as well as experience in labor and delivery. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work collaboratively with other members of the health care team. You should be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. You should also have a strong understanding of patient safety and infection control protocols. Finally, you should have a commitment to excellence and a passion for helping others.
