  1. Facilitate the smooth operations of our ambulatory care clinics by coordinating patient appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  3. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and patients to ensure timely and efficient delivery of care.
  4. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines when handling patient information.
  5. Process and verify patient insurance information, schedule follow-up appointments, and collect payments as needed.
  6. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements for better patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and attend training sessions to continuously improve job knowledge and skills.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff.
