1. Develop and implement personalized stewardship plans for donors, ensuring their continued support and engagement with Northwell Health.
2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with donors, serving as the primary point of contact for all donor inquiries and requests.
3. Collaborate with various departments and teams to develop and execute creative and impactful donor engagement strategies.
4. Utilize a variety of communication channels to effectively reach and engage with donors, including phone calls, emails, mailings, and events.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donor interactions and communications in CRM system.

7. Identify and pursue opportunities for donor recognition and stewardship, such as personalized thank you notes, donor appreciation events, and naming opportunities.
8. Collaborate with the fundraising team to identify potential new donors and develop strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
9. Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in donor engagement and stewardship, and apply this knowledge to enhance our strategies and processes.
10. Represent Northwell Health in a professional and positive manner at all times, reflecting the organization's values and commitment to providing exceptional care.
11. Work closely with the fundraising team to achieve fundraising goals and support the overall mission and vision of Northwell Health.
12. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards while handling sensitive donor information.
13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of donor engagement strategies, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
14. Participate in team meetings and trainings to share ideas and collaborate on donor engagement and stewardship initiatives.
