
Administrative Support Coordinator
Northwell Health is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about providing effective administrative support to our organization. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is capable of multitasking, and is adept at both problem solving and communication. The ideal candidate must have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience along with at least two years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the organization, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage complex schedules and ensure that deadlines are met in a timely manner.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and external customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure that all files are kept up-to-date.
- Assist with special projects and other related tasks as assigned.
- Facilitate communication between departments and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and order when necessary.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
