  7. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are always available.
  8. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  9. Keep accurate records and files, ensuring that all documents are properly organized and easily accessible.
  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  11. Assist with special projects and event planning as needed.
  12. Continuously update and maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
  13. Adhere to departmental policies and procedures, as well as company policies and standards.
  14. Attend meetings and take minutes as necessary.
  15. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
