  1. Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to support organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Utilize data and analytics to drive informed decision making and optimize talent management practices.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities.
  4. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide workforce planning and talent management efforts.
  5. Monitor and analyze workforce data to identify patterns and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key workforce metrics.
  7. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce planning and analytics.
  8. Partner with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of workforce planning with overall business strategy.
  9. Lead and manage projects related to workforce planning and analytics.
  10. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to present findings and recommendations.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and industry experts to stay current on workforce planning tools and technology.
  12. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  13. Train and educate HR and other departments on workforce planning and analytics principles and best practices.
  14. Develop and implement workforce planning and analytics training for managers and leaders.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve workforce planning processes and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Analytics, Planning, Or Strategic Hr Roles.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Hr Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Tableau, Power Bi, Or Sap Successfactors.

  • Strong Understanding Of Workforce Planning Methodologies And Their Application In A Corporate Setting.

  • Experience Leading And Managing A Team, With Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills.
