- Develop and maintain governance policies and procedures specific to Northern Trust's operations in India.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to governance and risk management.

- Conduct regular reviews of governance processes and recommend improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of governance metrics to senior management.

- Serve as a point of contact for governance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Indian Governance And Regulatory Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Relevant Software Applications, With The Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data.
