  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments of third-party relationships to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  2. Develop and implement risk management strategies and processes to minimize potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Monitor and review third-party contracts and agreements to ensure they align with company policies and risk management standards.
  4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address any potential risks related to third-party relationships.
  5. Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to third-party risk management.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address any concerns or issues related to third-party risk.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of third-party risk assessments and mitigation efforts.
  8. Analyze data and provide insights on potential risk areas to senior management.
  9. Conduct regular reviews and audits of third-party relationships to ensure ongoing compliance.
  10. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on risk management policies and procedures.
  11. Identify and escalate any urgent or high-risk situations to senior management.
  12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance risk management practices.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert on third-party risk management and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to third-party risk management.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, while performing job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Risk Management, Preferably In A Financial Institution

  • Strong Understanding Of Third Party Risk Management Frameworks And Regulatory Requirements

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Assess Potential Risks

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Reporting, With Experience In Using Risk Management Tools And Software.
