  1. Develop and implement processes and procedures for effective third party management within the organization.
  2. Monitor and assess third party relationships to ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
  3. Identify potential risks and issues related to third party data management and work to mitigate them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data governance best practices and standards.
  5. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure third party compliance with data governance protocols.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes related to data governance and third party management.
  7. Communicate and educate internal stakeholders on data governance policies and procedures.
  8. Act as a point of contact for third party vendors and establish and maintain strong relationships with them.
  9. Develop and maintain documentation of third party data management processes and procedures.
  10. Train and mentor team members on data governance principles and best practices.
  11. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the security and integrity of data shared with third party vendors.
  12. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of data governance processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure third party contracts align with data governance policies and regulations.
  14. Support data privacy initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on data governance and third party management for the organization.
  16. Participate in data governance committee meetings and provide updates and insights on third party management.
