Testing Specialist, Client Onboarding

We are seeking an innovative and motivated Testing Specialist, Client Onboarding to join our Northern Trust team! The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational and communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. The Testing Specialist, Client Onboarding will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of all onboarding and testing processes for new and existing clients.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. They must have at least three years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in a testing environment. Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred, as is familiarity with various software applications. The Testing Specialist, Client Onboarding must also possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain testing processes for new and existing clients.
2. Execute tests accurately and efficiently to ensure accuracy and integrity of onboarding and testing processes.
3. Maintain a high level of customer service and communication while working with clients.
4. Monitor and analyze existing processes and suggest areas of improvement.
5. Collaborate with other teams to ensure that all onboarding processes are completed in a timely manner.
6. Train new team members on onboarding processes and provide guidance and support when needed.
7. Research and stay informed of industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
8. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
9. Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
10. Utilize various software applications to manage and track onboarding process.
